Delivery Policy

Service area

Delivery is available at supported and safely accessible locations around Jog Falls. The exact delivery point may be coordinated by phone when vehicle access, visitor restrictions, parking, or crowd conditions require a nearby handover point.

Delivery charges

• Food subtotal of ₹500 or more: free delivery.
• Food subtotal below ₹500: ₹30 delivery charge.
• The applicable charge is displayed in the cart and included in the order total before payment.

Delivery time

Delivery time varies according to food preparation, distance, road and weather conditions, network availability, and tourist crowds. We do not promise a fixed delivery time, but we make reasonable efforts to deliver accepted orders promptly.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide a correct mobile number, location link, address, and recognisable landmark.
• Remain reachable after ordering and arrive at the agreed handover point.
• Pay the remaining balance at delivery by cash or UPI.

Delivery failure

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unreachable, the location is incorrect, or the point is unsafe or inaccessible, the advance may not be refundable after preparation. If failure is attributable to us or the provider, contact support for an appropriate refund or replacement.
