Orders and customer details

• You must provide an accurate name, mobile number, delivery location or landmark, and order information.
• An order is subject to food availability, provider acceptance, payment confirmation, and delivery feasibility.
• We may contact you to confirm the delivery point or clarify an order.

Prices and payment

• Prices shown at checkout include the selected food and applicable delivery charge.
• Delivery is free when the food subtotal is ₹500 or more. A ₹30 delivery charge applies below ₹500.
• A 50% online advance is mandatory to confirm an order. The remaining 50% is payable at delivery by cash or online UPI.
• Never disclose a UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, or banking password to us or to a delivery person.

Availability and delivery

Menu items, prices, and availability may change. Delivery depends on traffic, weather, visitor crowds, food preparation, mobile connectivity, and safe access to the selected location. We will make reasonable efforts to complete accepted orders.

Acceptable use

Do not place false orders, provide misleading locations, misuse payment systems, interfere with the website, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may reject or cancel such orders.

Partner food providers

Food may be prepared by the provider shown with the menu item. We coordinate ordering and delivery; the preparing provider remains responsible for food preparation and ingredient handling.
